Linear Measurement System (LMS)

ESS manufactures LFG series air-bearing linear guides in a variety of geometries and materials. These air-bearing guide systems are produced using state-of-the-art micro-machining technologies, ensuring minimal dimensional deviations throughout the manufacturing process.

The guides can be equipped with anything from simple mechanical drive systems to highly sophisticated electronically controlled high-resolution drives. Upon request, we also manufacture customized air-bearing systems with integrated rotary axes from a wide range of product series, providing maximum flexibility for demanding precision applications.
