Our LFG series of linear guides has been expanded with two new variants, which will be available under the SIGMA product line. The SIGMA guides offer a travel accuracy of 1 µm and a positioning accuracy of 0.1 µm, making them ideal for demanding precision applications.
Both versions feature a conventional design with highly precise roller guideways and are available to suit different application requirements. The standard version, SIGMA-S, is designed for general precision applications, while the SIGMA-V has been specifically developed for specialized applications in ultra-high vacuum environments.
